We hope you had an incredible Thanksgiving and are gearing up for a stupendous winter.
FlavaEvolution's final performance of 2019 is only two weeks away and, with your help, it is sure to be a spectacular one. Please join us for this very special event to celebrate with family and friends, as we would love to spend it with you.
We will be playing in a wonderful venue with the great folks who hosted us last year, and we can't wait to be back. Along with some favorite Flava all-season jams, you will be treated to a special program featuring a wintry mix of jazz and pop tunes, selections from Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker" Ballet, themes from Charlie Brown!

Our friend Brenda Hickson has been presenting the Blue Cube Jazz Series over the last few years at a few different venues, always featuring great local jazz musicians and singers. We have been honored to play for this series in the past at the Mick in Holyoke, and are looking forward to performing at Patrick's, where she has made Friday nights the place for jazz for the last several months.

Hello Friends -

We hope you are getting out to enjoy the sun and warmer weather we have been wanting and waiting for so long...
Speaking of wanting and waiting for so long, after 9 years, we are releasing our first* CD!!! *non-holiday

I know, we can hardly believe it either. You may have been thinking "Man, are these guys EVER going to release a CD?", or "I love these guys, I really wish there was a way I could take them home with me".
Well, here it is. We hope that you will find it worth the wait. AND we hope that you will come out and celebrate its release with us.
We are going to be partying over at the New City Brewery, in traditional Flava fashion so get with us:

Hello Friends -

We hope that you are finding opportunities to get that beautiful sunshine on your skin! These next few months have us quite busy with different projects, so this weekend will be your only chance to catch us before August.

Sunday June 26 ~ 2:00pm - No cover

For the last 2 Summers we have enjoyed performing at the Raven Hollow Winery in Westfield. In addition to traditional grape wines, Raven Hollow features fruit wines made from fruit grown next door at their own Kosinski Farms. They have a nice outdoor set up with a small stage and picnic tables, and an outdoor bar serving glasses and tastes of their house wines.  What better way to enjoy Sunday afternoon than with a concert and a bottle(s) of wine?
None better way, that's what..

This is a part of the 2016 Raven Hollow Sunday Jazz Series, which will continue every alternating week through September, as well as other music on Friday and Saturday evenings.

It's our first time performing at Mission Bar + Tapas, filling in for Andy Wrba on his Monday night Jazz Series. Come out to join us at this great bar with craft beers, Spanish wines, incredible tapas, and live music almost every night!

Friday - December 11 - 8pm - No Cover
The Luthier's Co-op in Easthampton is one of our favorite rooms to play. The vibe in the room is warm, the sound is clear and the beer is delicious. Joining us for the second time is the Acoustic/Folk/Soul trio Eavesdrop. We will each play a set and also feature a few combined tunes in between. We will have copies of our 2012 Holiday release "FlavaEvolution Chills"* for sale, so come get some!  *makes a great gift!

"The Mick" is the lounge at The Delaney House in Holyoke. For years they have hosted live music on multiple nights during the week, and for the past year or so Wednesdays are their jazz feature. On the Eve of Christmas Eve, we hope that you will join us for an night of creative delights - from the food to drink to music. It will be your last chance this year to hear Frank Newton's "midnight love" arrangement of I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, and our other seasonal jams, but rest assured that we'll have some Lee Morgan and Michael Jackson thrown in there too ;-)

Wrapping up the wine series 2015

We really had a wonderful season at Raven Hollow Winery, which featured live music Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays all Summer long.
We look forward to returning for more great wine and music next season and will keep you posted as it comes closer.
